The website https://www.hotelsinaia.ro aims to inform the general public about the activities this organization carries out and the products and services it provides as part of its activities.

Use of any of the features on this website entails full and express acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein, notwithstanding any particular conditions that might be applied to any of the specific services offered on the website.

Users are not obliged to provide any information about themselves to visit the website. However, while making use of the website, they may be asked to fill in forms that require them to provide some personal data. This data will be used to process and send off users' requests. It will also be used to send users information about the company and its services by any means of communication, should users so wish. By sending the form, users explicitly agree to receive this information; if users do not want to receive this information, they should go to unsubscribe form asking to be removed from our mailing list.

Price and deadline of validity of the offer

The prices indicated for each product do not include the Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as the TOURIST RATE that is not included in the price of the reservation. It is calculated and informs the customer of the exact amount at the time of booking. The prices applicable to each property are those published on the website, THE USER assumes that the economic valuation of some of the services may vary in real time. Prices may change daily while not making the reservation.

Liability

Olala! does not guarantee that its website is free from errors or that its contents are duly updated, although Olala! will always do the utmost to avoid and correct any errors and update information.

Access to https://www.hotelsinaia.ro and any use of the information contained thereon is users' exclusive responsibility.

Olala! shall not be liable for the information and contents stored on places including, but not limited to, forums, chatrooms, blogs, comments, social media or any other medium that enables third parties to publish contents independently of the Olala! website.

Notwithstanding, and in accordance with the provisions of the LSSI, Olala! makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces and will actively cooperate to remove or block any contents that might contravene applicable legislation, third parties' rights or public morals or public order. Any users who consider that the website contains any contents that might be classified as such should contact Olala!.

Olala! shall not be liable for any replies made through any of the email addresses that appear on its website and in no case shall any legal effects be derived therefrom.

While we make every effort to avoid double bookings, it may occur on rare occasions. In the event of a double booking, we reserve the right to offer alternative accommodations of similar standard and location. We cannot be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of a double booking.

Robbery inside the property disclaimer

The property takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of its guests and their belongings. However, the property shall not be held liable for any theft or loss of personal items while on the premises. 2. Purposes, Legal Basis, and Data Retention for Data Submitted Through:

• EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Purpose: To respond to your requests for information, handle your inquiries, and answer your questions or concerns.
Legal Basis: The user’s consent when requesting information via email.
Retention: Once your request has been answered by email, provided it has not resulted in further data processing.

• CONTACT FORM

Purpose: To provide a means for you to contact us and respond to your information requests, as well as to send you communications about our products, services, and activities, including by electronic means, if you check the acceptance box.
Legal Basis: The user’s consent when requesting information via the contact form and when checking the box to receive information.
Retention: Until your request has been resolved via the form or answered by email, provided it has not resulted in further processing. If you have agreed to receive commercial communications, until you request to unsubscribe.

• NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

Purpose: To send our commercial newsletter and informative and promotional communications about products or services that may be of interest to you, including by electronic means.

Legal Basis: User consent when subscribing to commercial communications and/or newsletters. Data Retention: Until the data subject withdraws their consent and requests to unsubscribe.

• WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

Purpose: To process and manage reports submitted through any of the available channels (form, email, postal mail, or in person).
Legal Basis: Compliance with a legal obligation.
Retention: During the processing of the report and, once concluded, for the legally established periods to address potential liabilities. In any case, the whistleblower’s personal data will be deleted from the reporting management system after 3 months.

• RESERVATION FORM

Purpose: To process and manage your reservation and, where applicable, guarantee payment, and to send you commercial information, including by electronic means.
Legal Basis: Reservation request agreement and the user’s consent when checking the box to receive information.
Retention: For the duration of the reservation request and, once formalized, for the legally required retention periods to address potential liabilities. If you have agreed to receive commercial communications, until you request to unsubscribe.

*If you request a reservation for a third party, you must provide the personal data of the occupant. In this case, you guarantee that you have provided the occupant with the necessary information regarding the processing of their personal data by any company within the Olala! group and how such data will be processed.

• CHECK-IN FORM

Purpose: To process and manage your stay, as well as the associated services.
Legal Basis: Service provision contract.
Retention: Your data will be retained during your stay and, once completed, for the legally required retention periods to address potential liabilities.

• PROPERTY OWNER REGISTRATION FORM

Purpose: To process and manage your registration as a property owner, allowing you to access the platform and rent out your home easily and free of charge. To send informative communications about our services, including by electronic means.
Legal Basis: The user’s consent when requesting registration as a registered property owner.
Retention: For the duration of the relationship and, where applicable, for the legally required retention periods to address potential liabilities. If you have agreed to receive commercial communications, until you request to unsubscribe.

Obligation to Provide Personal Data and Consequences of Not Doing So
Providing personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years or, where applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

The requested personal data is necessary to manage your requests and/or provide the services you may contract. If you do not provide this data, we will not be able to properly assist you or provide the requested service.

3. Data Recipients

Your data is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Certain data from your identity document will be disclosed to law enforcement authorities as required by law (Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Public Security and implementing regulations): identity document number, document type, date of issue, first name, first surname, second surname, sex, date of birth, country of nationality, date of entry.

And any other disclosures legally required. Where applicable, data may also be shared with third parties necessary for the provision of contracted additional services.

Any person may withdraw their consent at any time when it has been granted for the processing of their data. In no case will the withdrawal of consent affect the execution of subscription contracts or relationships established prior to such withdrawal.
